- Chart/Pictures of food groups
- Skincare products (mild soap, moisturizing lotion, sunscreen, washcloths)

#### **Procedure:**
1. **Introduction (10 minutes):**
   - **Greetings and Warm-Up:** Greet the students warmly and briefly engage in a fun activity or song related to healthy eating or hygiene.
   - **Objective Discussion:** Introduce the topic and explain what students will learn today.
2. **Main Content:**
   - **Balanced Diet (20 minutes):**
       - **Definition:** Explain the term 'Balanced Diet' in simple terms. A balanced diet provides all the necessary nutrients our body needs to function properly.
       - **Components:** Discuss the five main food groups with visuals:
          1. Fruits and Vegetables
          2. Grains (bread, rice, pasta)
          3. Protein (meat, fish, beans, nuts)
          4. Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt)
          5. Fats and Sugars (use sparingly)
       - **Interactive Activity:** Show the students a mixed selection of foods and ask them to categorize them into the correct food groups. Alternatively, have them draw their favorite balanced meal.
3. **Skincare (25 minutes):**
   - **Introduction to Skincare:** Explain why taking care of our skin is important. Our skin is the largest organ and protects our bodies from germs and helps us stay healthy.
   - **Daily Skin Care Routine:**
       - **Washing:** Using mild soap and water to clean the skin.
       - **Moisturizing:** Applying a gentle moisturizer to keep the skin supple.
       - **Sun Protection:** Using sunscreen to protect from harmful UV rays.
   - **Demonstration:**
       - Show a step-by-step method on how to properly wash and moisturize the skin using the provided skincare products.
       - If possible, allow students to practice washing and moisturizing their hands.
4. **Activity (10 minutes):**
   - **Skincare Drawing:** Have students draw and color a picture of themselves showing how they take care of their skin. 
   - **Healthy Meal Plan:** Ask students to list their favorite foods from each group and create a simple meal plan for a day.
5. **Summary and Review (5 minutes):**
   - Recap the main points about balanced diets and skincare.
   - Encourage students to ask questions.
