Refunds Policy
At Lessonotes, we strive to ensure that our users have a positive experience with our platform. Below is our refund policy regarding the one-time access fee of NGN 1000 for teachers.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied with the service or if there was an error in the transaction. The access fee is non-refundable if access to premium features has been fully utilized or if more than 7 days have passed since payment.
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your payment details and the reason for requesting a refund. Refund requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 5 business days.
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate a reversal to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be provided for users who have violated our Terms of Service. Partial refunds are not available. Only the full access fee can be refunded if eligibility criteria are met.
