Lesson summary

Creative arts, encompassing drama, music, and dance, are essential components of a well-rounded education. They foster creativity, self-expression, teamwork, and critical thinking. In the South African context, these art forms are particularly significant. They allow learners to connect with their rich cultural heritage, explore diverse perspectives, and express their identities in a meaningful way. This week's focus will be on exploring all three art forms, allowing learners to experience and appreciate them individually and collectively.
