Organised sports and physical activity participation refers to taking part in planned, structured physical activities such as school sports, inter-house competitions, community clubs, and organised games with rules, leaders/coaches, and agreed schedules. In Ghana, organised sports help learners to stay healthy, build discipline, learn teamwork, reduce stress, and develop talents that can lead to scholarships, careers, and community leadership. It also teaches learners how to participate safely and responsibly in school and community settings.
