STEP 2 Explanation | She highlights the procedures for changing desktop wallpaper 1. Click the Windows “Start” button and click “Control Panel.”
2. Click “Appearance and Personalization” and click “Personalization.”
3. Click “Desktop Background.”
4. Click the “Picture Location” pull-down menu and select the location of the background image you want to use. Options include Windows Wallpapers, Pictures, Sample Pictures, Public Pictures and Solid Colors. Double-click the image you want to use as your background. To use one of your own pictures, click the “Browse” button, navigate to the location on your computer where your picture is saved and double-click it.
5. Click the desired positioning of your wallpaper from the list of options under the How Should the Picture Be Positioned heading. Your wallpaper can be centered, tiled or set to fill the entire screen.
6. Click “OK” to apply your new desktop wallpaper.
