  1. Outline the basic safety procedures of a computer room
  2. Demonstrate swimming

INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUES: Identification, explanation, playway method, questions and answers, demonstration

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: swimming pool, swimming trunk, life jacket, swimming cap, glass/goggles, pictures and charts showing a computer room

1. Using document holders avoids having to lean over and bend your neck while looking at paperwork.

 

2. Make sure the space underneath your desk is free from clutter and your legs have room to move.

 

3. Use your mouse as close to the keyboard as possible.

 

4. Adopt good posture while at the computer.

 

5. Use Antivirus Software
