  2. Demonstrate swimming

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: swimming pool, swimming trunk, life jacket, swimming cap, glass/goggles, pictures and charts showing a computer room

2. Make sure the space underneath your desk is free from clutter and your legs have room to move.

4. Adopt good posture while at the computer.
