2)List ways of showing thanks to the father

3)Mention reasons why we should thank God for what He has done

STEP 1 INTRODUCTION OF TOPIC	The teacher introduces the topic with family song. She explains that a father is the head of a family	Pupils pay attention
STEP 2 EXPLANATION	She further tells them they can offer praises of thanksgiving, offer prayers of thanksgiving	Pupils pay attention and participate
STEP 3 DEMONSTRATION	Using Bible Text and a picture she shows the pupils pictures of people giving thanks to God	Pupils pay attention and participate
STEP 4 NOTE TAKING	The teacher writes a short note on the board for the pupils to copy	The pupils copy the note from the board

NOTE

A father is the head of the family. He’s also the breadwinner of the family. We show thanks to God through our praises, prayers, seeds/offering. We thank God so that what Go has done can be established and made permanent.
