STEP 1 INTRODUCTION OF THE TOPIC	The teacher introduces the topic with a song on teamwork. She explains that teamwork means working together to achieve the same thing/purpose/goal.	Pupils pay attention
STEP 2 EXPLANATION	She then tells them that teamwork builds trust, makes us achieve more.	Pupils pay attention
STEP 3 DEMONSTRATION	Using pictures, the teacher shows the pupils pictures of people working together as a team.	Pupils pay attention

NOTE

Teamwork is the act of working together as a group to achieve the same goal. It means joining hands together to act on the same thing. Team is important because it builds trust, self-confidence and also saves time. It also promotes communication, makes us learn new things, and makes us achieve more things than would be achieved if done alone. In achieving teamwork, you need to;

Make teamwork a priority
Set clear goals
Communicate with each other
Celebrate differences/diversity
Reward teamwork
