Teamwork is the act of working together as a group to achieve the same goal. It means joining hands together to act on the same thing. Team is important because it builds trust, self-confidence and also saves time. It also promotes communication, makes us learn new things, and makes us achieve more things than would be achieved if done alone. In achieving teamwork, you need to;
