INTRODUCTION OF TOPIC

The teacher revises the previous lesson on the family histories

She further names the types of family

1. Nuclear family which consists of father, mother and children

2. Extended family which consists of the father, mother, children and relations-inlaws, grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, nephews etc

1.Proreation-The birth of young ones who will carry on the family name and legacy

2. Identity- every individual is given a name

1. Protection and guidance: It provides care and protection for its members against the bad people in the society

2. Integration into society: The culture of the society is taught in the family so that children can easily adapt to society.
