STEP 3 DEMONSTRATION | She further explains what movements means Movement is the change in position
She explains and demonstrates some movement as the pupils do the same e.g leaping, hopping, running, stepping, catching of objects, throwing of objects, striking of objects, etc
She further states the safety rules in making movement 1. only carry out the movement when your teacher is around 2. do the movement gently 3. Don’t do any movement if you are sick, weak or tired 4. Don’t do a movement that is too difficult for you
