Circle Time (5–10 minutes):

Show cold water, ice (in sealed bag), cold drink, ice cream pictures.

Pupils repeat: “cold, ice, water, drink, snow.”

 

Main Activity (Hands-On):

Supervised touch of cold water or ice briefly.

Compare hot vs cold sensations.

Discuss wearing warm clothes during cold weather.

 

Materials Needed:

Cold water and ice (safe, sealed)

Pictures of cold things: ice cream, cold drink, snow

Charts showing warm clothing

 

Movement Break:

Pretend to shiver, put on coat, or drink cold water.

 

Creative Time:

Draw cold things like ice cream and snow. Colour appropriately.

 

Language Development:

Teacher: “Cold things make us feel chilly. Wear warm clothes.”

Pupils repeat: “cold, ice, snow, coat, warm.”
