  4. Participate in actions using hands and fingers.

 

Circle Time (5–10 minutes):

Teacher shows hands and fingers. Pupils repeat.

Teacher counts fingers: “one, two, three, four, five.” Pupils count on their own hands.

 

Main Activity (Hands-On):

Pupils clap, wave, and point using fingers.

Pupils count fingers on both hands.

 

Materials Needed:

Hands and fingers pictures

Mirror

Charts

Finger puppets

Body diagram

Hand prints

 

Movement Break:

Clap hands, wave, and pretend to pick up small objects.

Creative Time:

Trace hands on paper and colour.

Decorate fingers with simple stickers.

 

Language Development:

Teacher: “Hands help us hold and clap. Fingers help us point and hold.”

Pupils repeat: “hands, fingers, clap, point, hold.”

 

Assessment (Observation-Based):
