Teacher shows flashcards of “clean” and “dirty”

Pupils repeat words and make corresponding happy or sad faces

 

Main Activity (Hands-On):

Teacher shows pictures and video clips of clean and dirty places.

Pupils say “clean” or “dirty” for each image.

Pupils point to clean and dirty environments.

Pupils make happy face for clean, sad face for dirty.

Flashcards (clean/dirty)

Charts and posters

Video clips

Happy/sad face cards

 

Movement Break

Walk around classroom and identify clean and dirty areas

Make happy/sad face while pointing

 

Creative Time:

Colour a clean playground and a dirty playground

Paste pictures of clean and dirty areas

“Clean,” “Dirty,” “This is clean,” “This is dirty”

Pupils repeat after teacher and use in context
