  4. Recognize fruits as healthy food.

 

Circle Time (5–10 minutes):

Show real fruits and pictures of fruit trees.
Pupils repeat fruit names.

 

Main Activity (Hands-On):

Pupils touch and smell real fruits (with supervision).
Identify fruits in pictures and charts.
Discuss which fruits grow on trees or plants.

 

Materials Needed:

Real fruits, fruit pictures, charts, plates, napkins, toy fruits.

 

Movement Break:

Pretend to pick fruits from trees and eat them.

 

Creative Time:

Draw and colour favourite fruits on a plate.

 

Language Development:

Teacher: “This is a banana.”
Pupils repeat: “banana, apple, orange, mango, watermelon.”
