  2. Understand uses: skin protects, lips help speak and eat, tongue helps taste.
  3. Relate body parts to daily activities (touch, eat, speak).
  4. Explore safe handling of body parts (sticking out tongue safely).

 

Circle Time (5–10 minutes):

Show pictures of skin, lips, and tongue.
Pupils point to their own skin, lips, and tongue.

 

Main Activity (Hands-On):

Pupils touch different parts of skin (arm, hand, face).
Stick out tongue safely.
Identify lips and tongue uses.

 

Materials Needed:

Skin pictures, body diagram, mirror, lips and tongue pictures, charts, dolls.

 

Movement Break:

Pretend to touch different body parts, speak, and taste.

 

Creative Time:

Draw a face showing lips and tongue. Colour skin.

 

Language Development:

Teacher: “Skin covers the whole body. Lips help us speak. Tongue helps us taste.”
Pupils repeat: “skin, lips, tongue, speak, taste, protect.”

 

Assessment (Observation-Based):
