Circle Time (5–10 minutes):

Ask: “Can you see air?”
Let children wave hands to feel air.

 

Main Activity (Hands-On):

Blow up balloons.
Blow on hands to feel air.
Put an “empty” bottle in water to show bubbles.
Talk about breathing and fresh air.

 

Materials Needed:

Balloons, empty bottle, basin of water, fan.

 

Movement Break:

Pretend to be wind blowing.

 

Creative Time:

Draw a balloon filled with air.

Words: “Air,” “Wind,” “Blow,” “Invisible,” “Breathe”
Children repeat: “Air is all around us.”
