Discuss safety at home, school, and outdoors.
Show pictures of safe and unsafe behaviors.

 

Main Activity (Hands-On):

Role-play fire safety, water safety, sun safety, and school safety.

Practice calling for help when needed.

Discuss stranger danger and safe adults.

 

Materials Needed:
Safety posters, pictures of safe vs unsafe behaviors, toy phones, sun hats, floatation devices, role-play props.

Movement Break:
Practice stop-drop-roll, walking carefully indoors, or using playground safely.

 

Creative Time:
Draw a picture of a safe activity at home or school.
