  2. Demonstrate good daily routines for a healthy life.
  3. Identify healthy behaviors and unsafe habits.
  4. Make a personal commitment to practice all health habits.

 

Circle Time (5–10 minutes):
Review all health topics from Term 1–3.
Discuss how habits work together for a healthy life.

 

Main Activity (Hands-On):

Role-play morning routines including brushing, washing hands, dressing neatly, eating breakfast, and exercising.

Sort good and unsafe habits.

Create a personal daily health routine chart.

 

Materials Needed:
All previous materials: hygiene tools, first aid kit, exercise props, food and fruit pictures, daily routine chart.

 

Movement Break:
Follow-the-leader healthy routine activity: brush, wash, exercise, eat.

Creative Time:
Draw your “Healthy Day” showing all good habits in order.

 

Language Development:
Words: “Clean,” “Healthy,” “Safe,” “Exercise,” “Eat,” “Routine,” “Care.”
Children repeat words during role-play, demonstration, and drawing.

 

Assessment (Observation-Based):
✔ Can the child recall all health habits learned?
