Ask: “How does a bird move?”
Discuss walking, flying, swimming, crawling, hopping.

 

Main Activity (Hands-On):

Match animal pictures to movement types.
Demonstrate movements: hop like frog, crawl like snake, fly like bird.
Play a movement game (“Move like a…!”).

 

Materials Needed:

Animal flashcards, movement chart.

 

Movement Break:

Full-body animal movement game.

 

Creative Time:

Draw an animal and show how it moves.
