Look in mirrors.

Close eyes briefly and discuss what happens.

Play “I Spy” game.

Identify colours and objects around the class.

Demonstrate washing face gently.

Materials Needed:

Mirrors
Eye charts
Colourful objects
Eye care posters

Movement Break:

Look left, right, up, down exercise.

Creative Time:

Colour a picture of eyes.

Draw something they can see.

Language Development:

Teacher: “Eyes help us see.”
Pupils repeat: “see, eyes, look.”
