Circle Time (5–10 minutes):

Discuss healthy vs unhealthy foods

Show fruits, vegetables, and water

Talk about importance of sleep

 

Main Activity (Hands-On):

Pupils identify healthy foods from pictures

Practice drinking water regularly

Participate in simple exercises (jumping, running, stretching)

Sort healthy and unhealthy food pictures

 

Materials Needed:

Healthy food pictures / real or plastic fruits

Water bottles

Exercise mat

Health habits chart

Food sorting cards

 

Movement Break

Jumping, running, and dancing to health song

 

Creative Time:

Colour healthy food pictures

Paste in personal health chart
