Assessment Activities:

Pupils point to plants in pictures and real samples.

Pupils name plant parts (leaf, stem, root, flower).

Pupils identify and name fruits.

Pupils identify animals and make their sounds.

Pupils point to their own body parts (head, hands, legs, stomach).

Pupils demonstrate gentle handling of plants and fruits.

 

Materials Needed:

Plant samples and pictures

Fruit pictures and real fruits

Animal pictures, toys, and flashcards

Body parts charts

Assessment sheets and checklist

 

Movement Break:

“Grow like a plant” and “Hop like an animal” games.

Creative Time:

Colour plant, fruit, and animal pictures.

Make simple crafts showing what they learned.

 

Language Development:

Teacher asks oral questions: “What is this? What does it do?”

Pupils respond with names and simple descriptions.

 

Assessment (Observation-Based):

✔ Can the child identify at least one plant, fruit, and animal?
✔ Can the child name at least two plant parts and body parts?
✔ Can the child demonstrate proper care for plants?
