  1. Give simple meaning of good health habits
  2. Give various ways of maintaining good health habits e.g eating balanced diet( good food),drinking clean water, play safely, exercise, rest.

INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUES: Identification, explanation, playway method,            questions and answers, demonstration.

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS: clean water, good food, good exercising equipments.

Using clean water, good food, good exercising equipments, the teacher mentions ways of maintaining good health habits.
