INTRODUCTION

The teacher uses the I love my veggies song and introduces the topic and explains that a vegetable is a plant or plant part grown for use as food and eaten raw or cooked usually as part of a meal.

She gives various examples of vegetables such as

Pumpkin

Lettuce

Cabbage
