The following are some service delivery:

  1. Tour Guides: Tour guides are knowledgeable individuals who lead and facilitate tours for visitors, providing information, insights, and interpretation about attractions, landmarks, history, culture, and local customs.

Responsibilities

  - Conducting guided tours of tourist destinations, historical sites, museums, or natural attractions.

  - Sharing information about the significance, history, and cultural context of attractions.

  - Answering questions, providing recommendations, and assisting with logistics such as transportation and accommodations.

  - Ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of tour participants.

  1. Ticket Retailers: Ticket retailers are responsible for selling tickets for attractions, events, transportation services, accommodations, and activities to travelers.

Responsibilities

  - Assisting customers with ticket purchases, reservations, and bookings.

  - Providing information about ticket options, prices, availability, and terms and conditions.

  - Processing payments, issuing tickets, and confirming reservations.

  - Offering recommendations and advice on popular attractions and activities.
