TIME PLAN
In the section C of the test paper, the time plan is recorded.
Here, the order of work and time allocated for each work is stated.
Extra caution should be taken in the allocation of time for it to be enough for each activity.
In the order of work, cold meals are to be prepared first so that they can be refrigerated while preparing the hot/warm meals.
Some activities can be scheduled simultaneously or even combined especially if they do not require attention e.g one can be boiling eggs and cutting vegetables at the same time.
The time schedule should also allow room for continued cleanup while the cooking is taking place before the final cleaning preceding table setting
