CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

An employment contract is a legally binding agreement between an

employer and employee used to define the working relationship. You

can use one to outline the employee's role and responsibilities within the

business as well as to outline their compensation and any benefits they

might receive.

 

An employer is an individual or an organization in the government,

private, nonprofit or business sector that hires and pays people for

their work.

 

An employee is someone who gets paid to work for a person or company
