INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS

Interpersonal relationship (or interpersonal relation) define a social

association, connection, or affiliation between two or more persons

STAGES OF BUILDING INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP

  1. Acquaintance stage: This is the stage of meeting with one another.
  2. Build-up stage: this is when the relationship is forged by getting to know

each other

  1. Continuation stage: This is when the relationship has become close due

to a high level of trust and confidence in each other

  1. Deceleration stage: this is when the love and trust begins to decline and

wane

  1. Termination stage: this is when the relationship comes to an end
