NOTE

COMPANIES

 A company is a type of business that makes goods in an organized

manner and sells them to the public for profit. A company may hire people

to work as staffs of the company.

 

ROLES OF FACILITATORS IN COMPANIES

  1. They establish and maintain uniform measurements of product quality

and quantity. This makes price quotations to be more meaningful, the sales

of commodities by sample of description becomes possible and buyers are

able to choose based on brands and quality delivery.

  1. They finance the companies to prevent lags in the purchase of raw

materials by the companies

  1. They co-bear the risks that may be incurred due to natural disasters,

accidents, fire outbreaks etc

  1. They provide carefully research and sound information with regards to

marketing and distribution decisions and mitigate against risks and losses
