STEP 3 - Explanation

Teacher explains:

a. Hosea’s marriage to Gomer (Hosea 1) – symbolic of God’s love and Israel’s unfaithfulness.

b. Israel’s spiritual harlotry – worship of idols.

c. God’s love remains, urging repentance.

d. God's willingness to forgive and restore.
