The following are store keeping Documents:

  1. Stock Ledger: A stock ledger is a record that tracks the movement of inventory items in and out of the warehouse over time. It includes details such as item descriptions, quantities received, issued, and on hand, as well as dates and transaction references.
  2. Material Requisition Note (MRN): A material requisition note is a document used to request the transfer of materials or goods from the warehouse to another department or location within the organization.
  3. Bin Card: A bin card is a record maintained for each inventory item stored in a specific location or bin within the warehouse.
  4. Purchase Order (PO): A purchase order is a document issued by a buyer to a supplier to request the purchase of goods or services.
  5. Goods Received Note (GRN): A goods received note is a document used to acknowledge the receipt of goods or materials from a supplier.
  6. Delivery Note: A delivery note is a document accompanying a shipment of goods to a customer, providing details such as item descriptions, quantities, and delivery instructions.
  7. Material Return Note: A material return note is a document used to authorize the return of defective or excess materials to the supplier or warehouse.
  8. Stock Requisition Form: A stock requisition form is used to request the replenishment of inventory items that have reached a predetermined reorder point.
