STEP 1: The teacher revises the previous lesson and introduces the topic of spelling. The teacher emphasizes the importance of correct spelling in communication and provides examples of frequently misspelled words (e.g., necessary, accommodation, receive).
Learners listen and discuss examples of misspelled words.
STEP 2: The teacher introduces a list of commonly misspelled words and asks students to identify the correct spelling. The teacher also explains possible reasons for common misspellings (e.g., silent letters, confusing vowel combinations).
Learners participate in identifying the words and noting down the correct spellings.
