  2. Describe how God equipped Moses to lead Israel.
  3. Highlight major events during Moses’ leadership.
  4. Identify leadership qualities Moses demonstrated.
  5. Compare Moses’ leadership with a known leader today.

A. Moses’ Background

  • Born in a time of oppression, raised in Pharaoh’s palace.
  • Called by God through the burning bush (Exodus 3).

B. Moses’ Leadership Journey

  • Exodus 4–7: God gave Moses signs and Aaron for support.
  • Exodus 14: Parted the Red Sea, leading Israel to freedom.
  • Exodus 32; Numbers 13–14: Interceded for Israel even in their rebellion.
