SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

  1. Deduce logarithms from indices and understand the relationship between logarithms and indices.
  2. Define logarithms and apply them to solve problems (
  3. Plot the graph of using values for x such as 0.1, 0.2, etc.
  4. Find logarithms and antilogarithms of numbers greater than 1 and identify characteristics and mantissa.
  5. Understand the differences between the logarithm and antilogarithm.
