COMPONENTS OF TOURISM

  1. Attractions: These are the points of interest that draw tourists to a destination. Attractions can be natural, such as beaches, mountains, or wildlife reserves, or man-made, like theme parks, museums, or historical landmarks.
  2. Accessibility: Accessibility refers to how easily tourists can reach a destination. This includes transportation infrastructure like airports, highways, railways, and public transit systems.
  3. Amenities: Amenities are the facilities and services available to tourists to enhance their comfort and enjoyment during their stay. These can include hotels, restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, recreational facilities, and tourist information centers.
  4. Accommodation: Accommodation refers to the lodging options available to tourists during their visit. This includes hotels, resorts, hostels, vacation rentals, and campgrounds.
  5. Transportation: Transportation involves the means by which tourists travel within and between destinations. This includes modes of transportation like airplanes, trains, buses, cars, boats, and bicycles.
