  1. Meaning of the term Law
  2. Know the Reasons for the law
  3. Know the purpose of the Law

Instructional Materials: toys, The Holy Bible, Books of Bible stories

INTRODUCTION

The Teacher revises the previous topics

Pupils pay attention

STEP 2

EXPLANATION

She explains that Law are rules that keep the society in good working condition. Any Disobedience from the calls for punishment. The Bible teaches us that anybody in authority is placed by God and that the people in the Society to obey the Law of a nation

Pupils pay attention and anticipate

STEP 3

Demonstration

She uses the Bible and Bible story books to explain the Law of God both the new and old testament law.

Pupils pay attention and participate

STEP 4

Note taking

The teacher writes a short note on the board

The pupils copy the note

 

NOTE

REASONS FOR THE LAW

  1. To Promote peace
  2. To guide us to know what we should do and what we should not do
  3. To avoid quarrel
  4. To check our behavior
  5. To help us maintain order in doing things

Evaluation:          1. Explain what you understand by the Law

  1. Give 3 reasons for the Law

CLASSWORK: As in evaluation.

CONCLUSION: The teacher commends the pupils positively
