  4. Identify and Explain factors that promote National Unity
  5. Mention the punishment for various crimes e.g theft, rape impersonation

She Define Crime as an illegal activity or action which an individual commits in any society. It is a breach of a rule of law by which punishment may be dished out by the governing authorities.

Common Crimes include:

1. Rape- It is an act of forcing someone to have sex by using violence. A man can force a girl to have sex with him , a woman can rape a man.

          Punishment

The accused person will be arrested by the police and charged to court. If found guilty, will be sentenced to a certain period of imprisonment according to the dictate of law

2. Impersonation- This is a criminal activity of pretending to be another person for the purpose of entertainment or fraud.

Punishment

The accused person will be arrested by the police and charged to court. If found guilty, they can be fined or sentenced to a certain period of imprisonment according to the dictate of law
