INTRODUCTION

The Teacher Revises the previous Topic On Group Conflict and Cooperation.

She Defines International Organization as the organization of people from different countries or Nations.

She Gives Examples Of International Organization In Which Nigeria Is A Member.

1. African Union(AU)- It is a continental union consisting of 55 member states located on the continent of Africa

2. Economic Community Of West African States(ECOWAS)- This is a regional political and economic union of 15 countries located in West Africa.

3. Commonwealth Of Nations- This is a voluntary association of 54 independent and equal countries in Africa, Asia, the Americas, Europe and the Pacific which focuses on intergovernmental aspects, commonwealth foundation and non-governmental relations amongst member states.

4. United Nation Organization(UNO)- This is an intergovernmental organization between nations of the world aims to maintain International peace and security.

5. World Health Organization- This is a specialized agency of the united Nations responsible for international public health.
