She Defines Forgiveness as a decision to let go or give up grudges, bitterness, and anger in one’s heart against someone who offend you. It is also an act of pardoning an offender. There are 3 types of Forgiveness:

1. Self-forgiveness

2. Forgiving others

3. Forgiveness from God.

Attributes Of Forgiveness

1. To forgive is to compensate for the offenses of those who offend us by sacrificing our own life in order to bring healing and redemption to those who offend us

2. Forgiveness has n time limit

3. Forgiveness is sacrifice and love

She Explains that Safety is the condition of being protected from or unlikely to cause danger, risk, or injury.

She Differentiate between Safety and Security management.

1.Security refers to the protection of individuals, organizations and properties against external threats that are likely to cause harm

          WHILE

Safety is the feeling of being protected from the factors that cause harm.

2. The feeling of being safe is an emotional aspect

          WHILE

Security has to do with physical aspect.

3. Security is mostly an external affair

           WHILE

Safety is an internal affair

4. Security is protected against deliberate threat

           WHILE

Safety is the aspect of being secure against unintended threats.

5. Security is a major affair that covers a wide area and goes even further to be an international aspect.

           WHILE

Safety does not cover wide coverage and usually involves the premises of a house, company, and institution.
