She then explains that Gen.  Abdusalami Abubakar was born on 13th June 1942 in Mina at Niger state. He is the founder of the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC). He was Nigeria 8th military head of state and was the last military head of state in Nigeria. He handed over to a democratically elected president on the 29th of May 1999.
