STEP 2 EXPLANATION	She then explains the biography of Gen Sani Abacha. Gen Sani Abacha was born on 20^th Sept 1943 in Kano. He was a military dictator who ruled Nigeria from 1993 till death in 1998. He seized Power after what was called a palace coup in 1993. He overthrew an Interim government of Chief Ernest Shonekan on 17^th Nov, 1993 and established himself as a military leader. He created 6 states in Nigeria bringing the number of states in Nigeria to 36. He died on 8 June 1998.	Pupils pay attention and participate
