Lunch ideas 1. Rice, vegetable stew and beef/chicken. 2. Beans and fried plantain 3.Jollof rice, veggies and chicken. 4. Boiled potato and tomato egg stew. 5. Amala & Ewedu with beef/chicken 6. Pounded yam with Egusi soup. ... 7. Eba with Okra soup and meat/chicken.
