  4. State the right foods for each meal of the day

She explains the three major meals of the day

1. Breakfast- it is eaten in the morning

2. Lunch- it is eaten in the afternoon

3. Supper- it is eaten in the evening

 

She then displays meal ideas for breakfast, lunch and supper

Breakfast ideas

1.  Bread Sandwich with a hot beverage.

2. Instant noodles, veggies and egg.

3. Moi-Moi with custard or pap.

4. Breakfast Cereal with some fruits.

5. Okpa.

6. Fried plantain and yam with egg stew.

 

Lunch ideas

1. Rice, vegetable stew and beef/chicken.

2. Beans and fried plantain

3.Jollof rice, veggies and chicken.

4. Boiled potato and tomato egg stew.

5.  Amala & Ewedu with beef/chicken

6. Pounded yam with Egusi soup. ...

7. Eba with Okra soup and meat/chicken.

 

Supper ideas

1. catfish pepper soup with yam

2. Beef, veggies, spaghetti and stew.

3. Rice and meat with vegetables.

4. Plantain porridge.
