How the Holy Spirit helps us in our daily activities

1. He gives us power, love, and self-discipline.
2. He gives us spiritual gifts 1 Cor 12:8-11
3. The Holy Ghost helps us avoid temptations and helps us stay clean from sin.
4. The Holy Ghost warns us so we can stay safe from danger
5. He comforts us and leads us through challenges.

How the Holy Spirit helps us to live faithful

1. He develops our character so our faith becomes unwavering
2. He intercedes for us that the mind of God may be fulfilled in us
3. He helps us to overcome temptations by revealing the truth to us
