2. Autocratic- This involves the Leader stating a clear goal and telling the followers/workers how to get there. Everyone understands what role they play and are provided with guidelines if they need.
3. Laissez- Faire- This is a French word which means do as you will. This style allows teams to explore creative strategies and drives innovation.
4. Transformational- is one who actively communicates any changes to employees/followers. This help to inspire the workers.

STEP 3 DEMONSTRATION | She Explains that Clubs are created to ease the stress of the pupils in the school. Examples of clubs in school include: Swimming, Games, Football, Dancing and many more

These Cards provide you with immediate information that the teacher can use to assess students understanding, monitor their question and to gather feedback on the teaching.
