The teacher revises the previous lesson on Roles played by Families.

She defines Responsible Parenthood as the ability of parents to respect and respond to the needs and aspirations of the Family and Children.

She Explains that Parents should detect the need, happiness and desire of children in helping them to become responsible and reasonable children.

Roles Of Responsible Parents

1. Parents must protect the child from abuse from other parents or other household members

2. Parents are to provide for their child basic needs such as food, water, clothing and medical care.

3. Parents are to guide their Children on the right path to life

4. Parents should educate their children about their community

5. Parents should teach their Children about Security in the Environment

6. Parents are to determine desired number of Children they want and engage in Family planning.
