FORMS OF DANCE
Dance can be grouped as follows:
Ceremony Dance- us a cultural, traditional, religious dance performed in a special occasion such as war, prayer, thanksgiving, healing, inviting gods etc.
Recreational dance- is a fun free dance for social, education or health benefit
Self expression- is the form of dance such as facial expression, bodies, eye contact etc
Exercise- - This is dance that is mostly fun used for physical and mental development
