INTRODUCTION

The Teacher defines Power as the  ability or capacity to do something.

She explain that the Power of prayer is the ability to do things through prayer

EXPLANATION

She explains that Power is the possession of control, authority, or influence over others and things.

She explains that one of the reasons christians pray is to receive power from God

Using the Bible story books and the pictures there in she tells the story of Paul and Silas in prison

          -How Paul and Silas was kept in prison

         - How they prayed and worshipped God in the Night

         - How they escaped the prison

The story of Paul and Silas in jail

Paul and Silas had cured a servant girl who made a lot of money for her masters through fortune telling.

At midnight, they began to pray and sing. And something remarkable happened while they were singing and praying…an earthquake hit! The ground shook so hard that it bust the jail cell doors open. In fact, the man guarding the jail was so upset about prisoners escaping that he was ready to take his own life. But Paul reassured them that everyone was still there in the jail, and then told him about Jesus!
