NOTE
Verbalization is a form of prayer in which you express your word by speaking especially out loud.
Mediation is a form of prayer where you pray(intercede) for someone else problem.
Adoration is when you tell God how great, mighty and awesome He is
Groaning is usually when you have no words or expression to tell God yet you have huge burdens you release to Him with loud groans.
