The teacher revises the previous topic on the concept of local government.

 local government as a body of people who controls public affairs of a nation at the local level. Local government is a body of people who controls the public affairs at the grass root.

1. Inadequate funds

2. Corruption and mismanagement

3. Limited authority and power

4. Inability to maintain law and order.

5. Lack of dedication to work

6. Inadequate maintenance of the existing infrastructure

1. The local government should be Staten more power so that it can solve more problems for the people.

1. It may help in decision making as it tends to take rational decision based on the importance attached to a thing.

2. Basic human values also promote positive or good relationship among people when they all accept such societal norms, attitudes or ways of doing things.

3. It brings about unity, peace, harmony, co-operation etc.

4. They help in creating norms to guide day to day behavior.

5. A society with a good value structure makes people relate better with each other.

Type of dangers

1. Physical danger- is the danger that can cause harm or pain to the body. Examples of physical danger include sleepy floor, wet floor, electricity, noise, radiation fire, heat etc.

2. Emotional danger- is danger that cause low self-confidence, inability to trust, fear, and shame. Loneliness, guilt, anger etc

3. Spiritual danger- is a danger that is harmful and dangerous to people but not to the physical body or appearance.
