The teacher revises the previous topic on citizenship and introduces government as the body of people who control public affairs of a nation at the federal, state, and local level.

1. Federal government- is the body of people who controls the public affairs of a nation at the federal level

2. State government- is a body of people who controls public affairs of a nation at the state level

3. Local government- is a body of people who controls public affairs of a nation at the local level. This is also known as the grassroots government. It is the government closet to the people.

  2. State government- is a body of people who controls public affairs of a nation at the state level
  3. Local government- is a body of people who controls public affairs of a nation at the local level. This is also known as the grassroots government. It is the government closet to the people.
